Refund Policy for Our Website
Refunds are available upon approval once we receive the returned item. To process refunds, we will make the payment to the original source account. Kindly provide us with your bank details for the refund transaction.
Please note that all refunds are subject to a small deduction of 2.5% to cover payment gateway associated fees.
In case of a failed online transaction, refunds will be automatically processed to the source account. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect (please note: We do not hold this amount).

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
